What we collect on this website: standard request metadata your browser sends (IP, user-agent, referrer, requested URL) plus a first-party session cookie. We do not embed third-party advertising cookies or trackers on this page. Anything you voluntarily submit through the demo-request form lands in our solutions team's inbox.
What we collect when you use the platform: account metadata (organisation name, billing contact, API keys), and the data you connect to the platform through your authorised data sources. We do not train our models on customer data.
How long we keep it: demo-request enquiries are retained for 24 months for sales follow-up, then deleted. Customer data is retained for the lifetime of the account and deleted within 30 days of contract termination, except where UK statutory retention requires a longer period (billing records: 6 years).
Your rights: if you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority. Send requests to legal@zephyricalgo.com; we reply within 30 days.
